SUCTION EQUIPMENT FOR AMAGNETIC FOR RM
AMAGNETIC surgical suction devices to be connected to the centralized vacuum system, designed for operation in the RM room. Free from constraints, it has no interaction with the magnetic field. The tests of the amagnetic characteristics were performed by positioning the aspirator subject to verification, at a minimum distance of 1.5 meters from the magnetic source, at different points and evaluating the interaction of the device with the magnetic field produced by a superconducting magnet from 1.5 Tesla, verifying that it is not attracted to the magnet. Significant quantities of secretion, blood and serous liquids can be rapidly aspirated from the natural cavities of the body and from artificial openings.
